Season 2 of That’s Odd, Let’s Drink It kicks off with Dogfish Head founder Sam Calagione taking his craft brewing talents to Burbank, California. There, he links (no pun intended) with YouTube comedy juggernauts Rhett & Link to take them on a suds-filled journey of experimental beers. While the dynamic duo is accustomed to eating the gnarliest foods, they’ve never tried saliva-infused Chica. That’s right, the South and Central American corn beer contains human saliva. But the important question here is, how does it taste?

Sam, Rhett, and Link also drink Iambic, a Belgian beer created in open-air breweries, where natural flora and fauna—along with wild yeast—aid in the fermentation of the naturally funky, unexpectedly sour beer. After sipping it for a few minutes, Sam introduces a Miracle Berry to the equation, turning sour to sweet and altering the taste of the brew completely.

Peep the video above to see Rhett & Link’s hilarious reactions to the different (and by different, we mean bizarre) ales, and stay locked to the First We Feast channel for upcoming episodes of That’s Odd, Let’s Drink It Season 2—dropping on Tuesdays—featuring The Flaming Lips, Sean Evans, and more.
