On the season finale of Bite Fight, we're entering hot-button territory: regional chili.

In Texas, a "bowl o' red" means stewed beef with chili peppers. Do NOT even think about adding beans lest you want a public humiliation. But in Cincinnati, their definition of chili means something entirely different—ground beef, kidney beans, grated cheese, and onions served atop pasta. Today's battle is about taste, of course, but also a deeper fundamental question: What defines chili?

As always, the folks at home get to have the last word. Can Cincinnati chili pull off an upset, or does Texas really have the best BBQ and the best chili? Let us know which chili you choose as your champ, and peep the recipe below for the perfect Seagram’s cocktail to pair with this particular bout.
