This week on Bite Fight, we've got a classic match-up between two sandwich titans. 

Jean-Paul Bourgeois shows Daym Drops some southern hospitality, serving up a po’boy sandwich from his home state of Louisiana. Dripping with roast-beef gravy and held together by the famous Leidenheimer french bread, the po'boy is the lifeblood of NOLA. On the other side of the table, we have Daym’s beloved Philly cheesesteak, a late-night icon that has its ordering procedures, patois, and, of course, cult fanbase.
