Basketball season is finally here, and you're going to need to get a few things in order—some scorching-hot LeBron takes, a strong "Hoodie Melo" Halloween costume, and some next-level game-night recipes.

For the latter, look no further than “Jam Session,” the second episode of Food Skills at Home with Ghetto Gastro, Noma alum Malcolm Livingston (a.k.a., "The Ice Lord") and his culinary partner-in-crime Lester Walker (a.k.a, "Chef Goyar’D") showcase their leveled-up riff on Buffalo wings, complete with Japanese togarashi and a Martell cognac-infused sauce.

With a resume just as impressive as his counterpart, Walker cut his teeth in fine dining with Danny Meyere at Tabla and Eleven Madison Park before working as a cook as José Andrés’ avant-garde minibar in Washington, D.C.. You also may remember Walker as a winner on Chopped in 2011, where he blew judges away with his many inventive applications of pickle juice. "The Don Maldon," as he's also known, continues to bust out the culinary cheat codes on Food Skills with an original recipe for Buffalo sauce that includes red miso, chili paste, and even a little bit of fire.
