Sean Evans may display a superhuman ability to eat spicy foods on the set of Hot Ones, but there’s one delicacy that still acts as the chicken wing champ’s Kryptonite—and that’s sushi.

Rarely does raw fish enter Sean’s diet. But faced with the opportunity to dine at one of L.A.’s finest sushi bars—Kiriko Sushi, helmed by chef Ken Namba—Sean enlisted the help of nigiri connoisseur Andy Milonakis to see what all the hype was about.

Despite his resume as a comedian, rapper, and Internet troll, Andy also happens to be a serious, serious sushi snob. Acting as Sean’s guide, Andy schools our host on proper sushi etiquette, all while explaining why raw fish is the ultimate “vacation for the mouth.”
