In what can safely be described as the most adult episode of Hot Ones to date (well, at least a good deal more adult than when Bobby Lee pooped his pants), James Beard Award-winning chef Tom Colicchio covers everything from the national hunger epidemic, to the problems with tipping. The Bravo vet also tackles some Top Chef quickfire and teaches Sean how to properly judge a dangerously hot chicken wing.
You can tell from Colicchio's performance that the man does not crack under pressure. Check him out on tonight's premiere of season 14 of Top Chef, in which newcomers will go head-to-head with returning vets, and book a table at his new NYC restaurant, Fowler & Wells, at the Beekman Hotel. He's earned it for not mentioning either of those things in his plug, instead deciding to focus on more important national issues.
