Have you ever wondered which of nature’s most powerful snakes would win in a deathmatch?

Two of the world’s most feared snakes, the reticulated python and king cobra, battled it out to the death in front of Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University.

In the thirty-minute long fight, it looked as though the python was in it to win. The cobra’s large size was no match for the python’s tight constriction. The 12-foot-long cobra had to struggle to free himself while simultaneously avoiding being hit by passing cars.

The fight makes a complete 180 as the snake frees himself from the python’s headlock, fleeing into a nearby bush. Immediately, the python begins slowing down due to a cobra bite that spectators believe might eventually lead to the death of the python. Cobra 1: python 0.
