We’ve seen PBR Keds and Heineken-inspired Nikes, but rarely does a sneaker x brewery collaboration result in an actual craft beer.
Sneakersnstuff, a sneaker store in Stockholm, joined forces with Stockholm Brewing Co. and adidas for its latest project: beer-inspired sneakers and limited-edition craft beer. About the new adidas Originals ‘Brewery Pack,’ Sneakersnstuff writes,
The adidas Originals take inspiration from the natural color of malt, copper kettles, and aged copper. And on the insole of the adidas, you’ll find artwork incorporating both the adidas logo and pictures of hops.
As we mentioned, the sneaker shop went ahead and made its own limited-addition craft beer to match the three brewery-inspired sneakers: Flux Saison, Stan Session, and Guidance IPA.
The Sneakersnstuff x adidas “Brewery Pack” will have a staggered release: the adidas Originals EQT Running Guidance ’93 releases on May 16, the Stan Smith on May 23, and the ZX Flux on May 30. All three of the sneakers will be available on those days at their home shop Sneakersnstuff.
