Rappers like Rick Ross, French Montana, and Waka Flocka have all made it their mission to get lean and mean, and they’ve let their fans know about it. Riff Raff is the latest to publicly announce his fitness and health goals: He took to Instagram in October to educate fans on his goal to quit drugs (and pineapple Ciroc) and bulk up to an impressive 235-pound “Neon Icon” by summer 2015. He wrote:
Jodyhighroller has made a promise, and it looks like he’s well on his way to reaching his “Versace goal”—which is now 240 pounds—and quitting the rap game and becoming a WWE star. Let’s take a look through his documented journey.
Like any rational person who aims to gain 40 pounds in a few months, Riff Raff began by eating late-night pizza.
In just a few weeks of pizza-eating (and being off cocaine), the rapper transformed himself into 215 pounds of pure sexy.
Then the Rap game Peppermint Patty threw some In-N-Out Double Doubles into his weight-gaining regimen.
Raff wasn’t just feasting, though—he was also working out and playing ball with his friends.
But, that obviously wasn’t helping him achieve his Versace weight goal. So he continued to late night pizza.
And eat lemon-butter crab legs and cheddar crab cakes for breakfast.
And 4000 calories of Cajun shrimp everyday.
Apparently, the Neon Icon’s strict diet of buttery seafood and pizza has paid off. Raff hit 240 pounds over the weekend, and is looking extremely large.
Dude has ambitions, plus the determination of a neon python.
