Chef Alvin and Lil Yachty met up in the kitchen to give a classic snack a new, spicier twist. Introducing Cheetos Flamin’ Hot Crusted Mozzarella Sticks, also known as Witch Fingers.

Just in time for Halloween, the tasty snack is a great finger food if you’re having guests over or if you’re binging your favorite scary movies by yourself. Whether enjoyed with marinara sauce or ranch dressing—something Yachty admitted to never trying before—witch fingers are an easy go-to snack.

Using simple ingredients such as flour, eggs, mozzarella cheese, and Cheetos Flamin’ Hot snacks, Alvin and Yachty got to business.

In between cracking and whipping egg yolks (another first for Lil Boat) and dunking the mozzarella cheese in the finely diced Cheetos Flamin’ Hot snacks, Chef Alvin received specific instructions from a special guest. Ingredients:

2 Quarts – Canola or Vegetable Oil                      

12 – Mozzarella String Cheeses (1 Package)                   

4 --Eggs                     

2 cups – All Purpose Flour             

1 – 8.5-ounce Bag Crunchy Cheetos Flamin’ Hot snacks           

½ Cup Sliced Blanched Almonds                       

½ cup – Marinara Sauce (optional, for dipping)            

½ cup – Ranch Dressing (optional, for dipping)           

                      

Recipe Instructions:

  1. Unwrap mozzarella sticks
  2. Set aside in the freezer to chill thoroughly and set up for about one hour.
  3. Blitz up one 8.5 oz bag each, Cheetos Crunchy Flamin’ Hot snacks in Food Processor and set aside in a separate bowl for later.
  4. Set up your fry station.
  5. Beat four eggs together in one bowl, add two cups of flour to another, and set up your bowl with crushed Cheetos alongside them.
  6. Bring 2 quarts of oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit in a saucepan.
  7. When oil reaches temperature, begin coating balls in flour first, followed by egg and then crusting with Cheetos dust.
  8. Stick roasted blanched almonds into the tops of fingers to create a creepy fingernail.
  9. Fry until crisp and balls begin to float, move to a platter, and allow to cool to touch.
  10. Set those witches’ fingers out on a platter with cauldrons of condiments.
