In modern times, it seems like companies reward people for doing the most outrageous things. After all, who could forget Rooster McConaughey being offering a lifetime supply of beer once Miller Light learned the man had named his son after its product?

One U.K. law student is looking for a lifetime supply of Kit Kats after she received a pack of eight bars without any wafer cookie inside.

The 20-year-old student, Saima Ahmad, has written to Nestle explaining why the brand should fix their mistake by giving her the lifetime supply.

According to Metro, Ahmad said,

“They go about advertising the unique concept of KitKat, but I’m so disappointed by what I have purchased… Clearly, if I wanted to purchase a confectionery item that is purely chocolate, I would have purchased a bar of Galaxy,”

We get it. No one wants to get a plain old bar of chocolate when you paid for a different product. But is that really enough for a free lifetime supply of the chocolate? Ahmad explains in her note, “the loss I have suffered is of monetary and emotional significance.” If you’re getting emotionally worked up over a Kit Kat without any wafer, you might have some bigger problems.

In addition to the lifetime supply of Kit Kat bars, Ahmad wants a refund for the faulty pack. She also hopes to take one for the team to make sure this problem won’t ever happen again; after doing some research, she found that others complained about a similar problem.

Her demands are undoubtably outrageous, but hey, you never know what’ll happen unless you try.
