Martha Stewart doesn’t do anything half-assed. The 75-year-old lifestyle goddess doesn’t just open up one coffee shop; she opens a whole chain of coffee shops. She doesn’t just dip her toe into pop-culture; she signs on for an entire TV show with Snoop Dogg. So it comes as little surprise that undisputed queen of domesticity showed up to play this Halloween, busting out one of the best costumes of the weekend at an exclusive party in Manhattan’s West Village.

According to Eater, the party was hosted by the actress Allison Sarofim and her husband Stuart Parr. As if Halloween wasn’t enough of a theme for the event, guests were also encouraged to model their looks after “Prince on Prince,” combining the styles of the late singer Prince, and the painter and photographer Richard Prince.

While it would have been nice to see Stewart dress up like a cast member from Purple Rain, Martha instead chose to go a more spooky route, donning red contacts, a retro nurse’s uniform, and lots and lots of fake blood. Stewart claimed the get up was an homage to Richard Prince’s nurse paintings series, and documented her whole transformation on Instagram and Snapchat.

Prettier? Scarier?

The next night, Stewart decided to ditch the horror and go more glamorous, dressing up as Marilyn Monroe—beauty mark and all.
