A sandwich lover's dream came true on a New Jersey highway Friday morning after a bread truck collided with a truck carrying cold cuts, turning the road into a temporary sandwich buffet for commuters.

According to NBC New York, the accident occurred at 6 a.m. on I-287 in Piscataway, and backed-up traffic for several exits. No injuries were reported, but the trailer portion of the bread truck was blown to smithereens, spewing dough all over the pavement. First responders took more than an hour to clean up the sandwich fixings and re-open the lanes to traffic.

This isn't the first time the culinary gods have brought together a highway collision of two palate companions. Earlier this year, a beer truck crashed into a truck full of Doritos, turning a Florida highway into a tailgate party.
