What’s a man to do after he’s scored a professional basketball career and married (and divorced) Eva Longoria? Open a food truck, of course. According to My San Antonio, San Antonio Spurs star Tony Parker is teaming up with his personal chef Cliff Chetwood to open Crème de la Crème. Since Parker was born in Belgium and raised in France, the truck will serve a French-leaning menu.

San Antonio Business Journal writes that Parker is starting the truck as a way to share his heritage with the Texan city he now calls home. Customers can expect dishes like crepes, croque monsieurs, salads with fried goat cheese, steak frites, and veal scallopini on the rotating menu.

There’s no way of predicting how well the truck will do in a city that loves its tacos and barbecue. Then again, what’s not to like about a truck serving up souped-up ham and cheese sandwiches coated with béchamel? Regardless, it will definitely be better than San Milo’s, another San Antonio establishment that made headlines for being “the saddest breastaurant in all the land.” Crème de la Crème is set to start roaming the San Antonio streets March 18.
