If you didn’t know, NYC and Australia have engaged in a serious sweets rivalry over the past year, duking it out for over-the-top dessert supremacy.

Things kicked off in 2015 when Patissez Bakery in Australia unleashed the “Freakshow,” a milkshake the size of a human head topped with whole brownies. The stakes were raised when an Australian photographer crowned those milkshakes with whole-roasted chickens and burgers for a perverted, Instagram-worthy stunt. New York fired back with its own monstrosities thanks to Black Tap’s candy/ice cream sandwich-studded milkshakes, which featured $15 XXXL versions.

Now, with the recent arrival of Eggloo in Chinatown, it looks like NYC may have edged out their Aussie competitors. Behold the egg waffle ice cream sandwich, featuring, among other toppings, Pocky Sticks, Fortune cookies, breakfast cereal, and condensed milk. According to Buzzfeed, Eggloo opened its doors this past February and serves variations of the Hong Kong street-snack favorite. Waffles come in three flavors (regular, matcha, and chocolate) and are made to order.

According to amNewYork, co-founder Mike Tan even recruited Momofuku “wedding cake specialist” Jessica Tam to help realize his twisted dessert dreams.

Here’s a glimpse of the madness:
