Somewhere between unboxing clips and street fights, there’s another bizarre genre of YouTube videos that enjoys a robust niche audience: Videos of people burning stuff.
The pyromaniacs at TITO4RE have racked up more than 120,000 subscribers by melting copper and pouring it onto random things—from Nike Air Jordans, to pine cones, to pirate swords.
For their latest experiment, they unleash the lava-like metallic deluge onto a Big Mac. The results are as mesmerizing as they are completely irrelevant to your life, unless you happen to be visiting a McDonald’s near an active volcano. At first it looks like the copper is just bouncing off the surface of the burger, but eventually it has its way with the two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame bun.
