We already know that Anthony Bourdain’s massive NYC food hall, Bourdain Market, will be located in Pier 57 at West 15th Street and the Hudson River. We know that the 100-vendor, 150,000-square-foot market will feature vendors from all over the world and “design inspiration from Blade Runner and the back alleys of Tokyo,” and we know it’s slated to open in 2017.
