Pizza Rat has officially been dethroned by burrito rat, who was filmed this week dragging a full burrito across the tracks of the NYC subway.

Nevertheless, Pizza Rat is still winning because the rodent had a street sign in Greenpoint, Brooklyn erected yesterday in its honor.

But before you go try to take pics of the street sign to post on Instagram, ABC News gives word that Pizza Rat Blvd was only temporary.

The sign was put up by the crew of the Netflix series “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt” while they were shooting an episode, and it was taken down at the end of the day on Thursday.

But that doesn’t mean Pizza Rat Blvd can’t come back to Greenpoint and live on forever and ever. Some residents of the borough are all for the sign. Instagram user Fred Benenson writes, “Finally #PizzaRat gets the recognition he deserves with Pizza Rat Boulevard in Greenpoint 🐀🍕🚑🚕🚗🚘.”
