Caffeine is a stimulant sent from the heavens. Not only can a cup (or five) of a caffeinated beverage make you feel as though you had the best night’s sleep ever, but it can make your workday a million times easier to get through.

For those that aren’t fans of coffee’s bitter taste, the people over at STEEM created the first-ever caffeinated peanut butter to make it that much easier to get caffeinated on the go. Just two tablespoons of the spread contains the same amount of caffeine as two cups of coffee.

According to Time, the best time of day to drink a caffeinated beverage isn’t even in the morning. High cortisol levels in the body in the morning make the afternoon hours a better time to down a few cups of coffee. The best hours to get caffeinated are between 10am and noon, as well as 2pm to 5 pm, making caffeinated peanut butter and jelly sandwiches a smart choice for an afternoon pick-me-up.

Just be sure to keep this spread away from the kids.
