California-based burger chain In-N-Out is coming to the Beaver State, and Oregonians are hyped.
The company announced their newest location via a Tweet and a tree emoji, and rumors of a September 9th grand opening in Medford are swirling around the Internet. Vice president of planning and development for In-N-Out, Carl Van Fleet, tells Mail Tribune that the company would “like to open more restaurants” throughout Oregon in the future.

While residents of Oregon rejoice, some Californian’s aren’t too pleased about their beloved burger chain’s expansion plans. Many Golden State residents take pride in the fact that Animal-Style fries and Double Doubles aren’t available to Americans across the nation. And who can blame them?

In-N-Out has slowly expanded outside Southern California into the rest of California, as well as into Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and Texas. But as long as the burger chain doesn’t leave the West Coast, it’s all good, right?
