You literally never have to get off your couch ever again, America. Cinnabon and Carvel delivery services begin next week in seven cities across the U.S., according to CNN.

Lucky cinnamon-roll lovers living in Atlanta, NYC, Dallas, Austin, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Portland, OR can order a hot-and-gooey Cinnabon to their home, office, or literally anywhere else through Postmates delivery service. Chipotle and McDonald’s have already instituted their own delivery services through Postmates, and Taco Bell partnered up with app DoorDash a couple months ago to begin offering delivery in major U.S. cities like San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Dallas.

Scenarios in which getting Cinnabons and Carvel ice cream cake delivered is appropriate: a) when you’re sitting on your couch playing Halo 5 and smoking… meat? b) when you’re hungover at the office and require serious sustenance with minimal effort.

There’s no minimum purchase required for delivery, which means you can be absurd and get a single Cinnabon delivered—but be prepared to cough up a $5 delivery fee and wait up to an hour.

Cinnabon and Carvel’s parent company, Focus Brands, is getting into the delivery game with their entire arsenal of chain restaurants, including Auntie Annie’s, Moe’s Southwest Grill, McAlister’s Deli, and Schlotzsky’s.
