Last november, we told you about the A-list chefs planning to open restaurants in Newark Airport’s terminal C, which Bloomberg proclaimed would be turned into a “foodie theme park” after a $120 million redesign set to be completed in 2016.

Participating chefs include Einat Admony (Taim), Wilson Tang (Nom Wah Tea Parlor), Dale Talde (Talde/Pork Slope), Alain Ducasse, and more. Talk about next-level airport dining.

Kaedama ramen bar (Shoushin Yanaura)


Yanaura’s Kaedama ramen bar is topped with a metal mesh embedded with LEDs that glow at night.

French Brasserie (Alain Ducasse)


The Michelin Star chef’s classic French brasserie will feature dishes like onion soup gratinée, hand-cut beef tartare prepared table-side, and traditional sandwiches like croque monsieur and jambon et beurre.
