Mad food scientist Dave Arnold’s Searzall finally went on sale on Amazon. The portable broiler, which Arnold invented, is an awesome gift for anyone who likes to perfectly brown meat or melt cheese on a whim.
Need some convincing that the Searzall is a must-have kitchen tool? Just watch the video above, in which chef Sean Brock searzalls a 2-year aged country ham from Bob Woods in Tennessee that was glazed in Cheerwine and pickled peach juice.
