We’re living in an age of mashup-food mania, a time in which a new frankenfood unveils itself everyday. To help you keep up with all the new hypebeast snacks on the scene, we’ll be doing a weekly roundup of ridiculous mashup foods you need to know about right now, and ranking them on staying power. Read on!

Pizza + Doritos = Pizza Hut’s Doritos Crunchy Crust Pizza

The mash-up: The “experts” at Pizza Hut Australia “spent months developing” the crust for this awe-inspiring pie. A substantial amount of cheddar cheese adheres the crushed Doritos bits to the pizza’s mozzarella-filled crust.

Staying power: High. Since photos of the pizza surfaced, everyone from New York Magazine to Perez Hilton is begging for it to make its maiden voyage to the U.S. (Photo: Pizza Hut Australia)

Nutella + Lasagna = Robicelli’s Nutellasagna

The mashup: What happens when you challenge the insanely creative Brooklyn bakery Robicelli’s to make the most oddball dessert imaginable? This monstrosity. The baked pasta dish layers cannoli custard, Nutella, roasted hazelnuts, chocolate, and marshmallows between buttery lasagna noodles in a foil catering pan. The full-sized version can feed up to 24 people, or fewer if you’re really into Nutella.

Staying power: Low. Though this mashup is genius, the lasagna is available only during the holidays. However, it may inspire copycat recipes. (Photo: Robicelli’s)

Baked Potato + Burger = Wendy’s Burger with Baked Potato Buns

The mashup: While the frankenfood isn’t officially on the menu, Redditor Wileypost created this gluten-free version of the Wendy’s Single by sandwiching the cheesy patty between two halves of a baked potato. Foodhack victory!

Staying power: Medium. Much like the McDonald’s McGangBang, DIY menu items at fast-food places seem to possess viral potential. You have to really like baked potatoes though. (Photo: Foodiggity)

Money + Frozen Pizza + Beer = Big Ass Money Stout

The mashup: Evil Twin brewmaster Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø gave this beer “a Norwegian twist” by adding frozen Grandiosa pizza (a national favorite) and few hundred dollars cash. The ultra-rich beer has “a very thick mouth feel—just like Norwegian oil.”

Staying power: Low. Jarnit-Bjergsø likens it to “drinking five Budweisers in one bottle.” (Photo: Munchies)

Latkes + Chicken Fingers = Sticky’s Finger Joint’s Latke Fingers

The mashup: This festive chicken strip from New York’s Sticky Finger Joint is topped with super crunchy shredded potatoes and matzoh meal. It also comes with “sour cream and a cinnamon glitter-banged applesauce” for dipping.

Staying power: Medium. The crunchy exterior appeals to eaters of all backgrounds. Food Republic and amNY have applauded its creation as well. (Photo: Food Republic)

Grilled Cheese + Donuts = Grilled Cheese Crescent Donut

The mashup: After folding slices of Velveeta between sheets of Pillsbury Crescent Seamless Dough, the folks at Oh Bite It deep-fry these cheesy wheels. And that’s it. How could so much deliciousness be so easy? The blog includes a recipe so you can make them at home.

Staying power: Medium. This supermarket hack yields promising results, and it has The Huffington Post and Refinery29 raving that the cheesy homemade alternative to the Cronut is “something you will never forget.” (Photo: Oh Bite It)
