In part two of our sit-down with Andrew W.K., we move past the broad philosophy of partying to get granular on a more specific topic: pizza.
Andrew delves into the Chicago versus New York pie debate, explains the importance of pizza diversity, and makes the controversial claim that Canada has the “best consistent pizza in a large region.”
Needless to say, it doesn’t take long to get back to partying though. Says our sage, “All times you’re eating pizza is a pizza party, whether it’s by yourself, whether you’re with a group and it’s not been declared a pizza party, it is—they just didn’t realize it.”
And that’s not all: “All parties—even if there isn’t pizza—they’re also pizza parties.” Really makes you think…
Watch the video above to see Andrew W.K. make strange sound effects to explain the texture of different types of pizza dough.
