At this point, Cronut™ creator Dominique Ansel is like Lil Wayne during his 2004-2008 run, when he released an endless flurry of music that got progressively weirder with each track. Only instead of mixtapes, DA drops crazy-ass desserts like Cookie Shots and the Waffogato. If only he had his own DJ Drama clone to stand outside the bakery for each new item and yell, “Y’all already know what is, Dominique Ansel—a.k.a. The Voice of the Sweets, a.k.a. Mr. Steal Your Girl with a Cronut™, a.k.a. French Flan-tana—back to drop another bomb on you suckasssss.”

For his latest trick, he’s created a highly ‘grammable pretzel that looks like a lobster tail. Here’s a description from the team:

Made with soft pretzel stuffed with homemade peanut butter and buttercrunch brittle, the “lobster tail” is rolled and shaped so that it can easily tear apart into perfect bite-sized segments, and then sprinkled liberally with Maldon sea salt. The best part? An utterly addictive whipped honey brown butter. The buttery, nutty, and sweet and salty all work together to form a balance flavors. Each Pretzel Lobster Tail is served warm.

The Pretzel Lobster Tails will go on sale this Sunday at Dominique Ansel Bakery for $8 each. Sales are limited to one per person.
