Soon, A+E‘s lifestyle network FYI will be debuting its new food talk show, starring a roundtable composed of Food & Wine Magazine‘s Gail Simmons, acclaimed chef Marcus Samuelsson, and comedian Max Silvestri. It will focus on “food conversation with three very different perspectives,” and will cover, as Silvestri explains in the video preview above, “the topics in the food world that are buzzing right now.”

We can already see from this video that the show has some crazy things going down: there will be pork belly ramen that looks like puke, a hog-sawing challenge, and the hosts’ launching of “sushi gravy fries.” Grub Street reports that season one will feature six one-hour episodes, with the first episode airing Saturday, July 9 at 9 pm ET.
