If you’re wondering why some of the staff at your favorite restaurant look particularly bleary-eyed this morning, it may be because they hit the after-party circuit of last night’s James Beard Awards for restaurants and chefs.

The gala event brought the biggest names in food—as well as Trisha Yearwood, who came to sing a song from Con Air (?!)—to the Lincoln Center’s David E. Koch theater to celebrate major wins like Outstanding Restaurant (Slanted Door, San Francisco) and Best New Restaurant (Pêche Seafood Grill, New Orleans).

In a welcome rebuttal to the Time “Gods of Food” controversy, it was a big year for women chefs, with high-profile victories including April Bloomfield for Best Chef NYC, Barbara Lynch of Outstanding Restaurateur, and Nancy Silverton for Outstanding Chef.

Oh, and Dominique Ansel won for Outstanding Pastry Chef. Cronut haters, fall back!

Check out all of the winner’s blow.
