In a preview clip from this Sunday’s episode of Anthony Bourdain’s CNN show Parts Unknown, Bourdain visits Daniel Boulud’s family farm in Lyon.

Watch the family prepare a typical Lyonnais dish, which consists of a hollowed-out pumpkin stuffed with bread, bacon, mushrooms, cheese, and tons of other awesome ingredients. Don’t miss Boulud’s maman sprinkling spices over the pumpkin in slow motion!
