Thank you, Eater, for taking us down memory lane with a roundup of the 13 best food moments on The Colbert Report.

Come 2015, Comedy Central‘s Stephen Colbert will officially be moving over to late-night television, taking over David Letterman’s spot on The Late Show, according to a Tweet sent out by CBS yesterday.

As an homage to Colbert and his frequent covering of food topics such as the ban on trans fats and fast food worker’s strikes, Eater has compiled 13 of the most hilarious food-related moments from the past nine seasons.

Head here to watch Colbert hate on North Carolina barbecue, dine and dash on $1,000 dishes, and defend McDonald’s McRib sandwich.
