The world’s oldest woman, Misao Okawa, celebrated her 116th birthday today.
The obvious question on everyone’s mind is: what, exactly, are her secrets to longevity? To our surprise, her routine doesn’t involve eating large trays of nachos or going out for daily walks. Instead, she attributes her longevity to plenty of sleep and eating sushi at least once every month.
