SE writes, “Although it technically falls into the category of a Cronut imitator, it manages to distinguish itself in at least two key areas. One, it’s baked not fried. And two, all eight flavors are (usually) available every day… The Dough’Ssant is about three great texture experiences: baked laminated dough, vanilla pastry cream, and a thick ring of flavored glaze [basically pumpkin pie frosting] on top.”
