Jenn Harris from the L.A. Times food section and the head of the magazine’s test kitchen dressed up as the guys from Epic Meal Time for the day. Not literally, but they did make an Epic Meal Time-worthy plate of nachos for National Nacho Day covered in more meat and bar snacks than Adam Richman could comfortably fit down his gullet. The nacho toppings included:

  • nacho cheese
  • queso from Bar Ama in downtown L.A.
  • quesadillas
  • taquitos
  • carnitas
  • mozzarella sticks
  • Buffalo wings
  • hot peppers
  • jalapeños
  • bacon guacamole
  • fried kale
  • grilled rib eye steak
