The infographic above uses caffeine measurements from Energy Fiend, which bills itself as “The world’s largest database of caffeine amounts.” As a point of reference, your daily cup of Dunkin’ Donuts coffee has about 13mg/fl oz.
Keep in mind, a 5-hour ENERGY (which has 100mg/fl oz of caffeine) is much smaller than a Mountain Dew, so you may be drinking multiple servings at once.
