Thanks, Daily Mail, for introducing us to baker Lara Clarke, who creates lifelike cakes of icons like Yoda and Buzz Lightyear. On the motivation behind her latest creation, a Kate Middleton cake, Clarke says, “I wanted to show that I could make anybody out of chocolate, and she’s so pretty so it was a lovely challenge.” It’s not bad, but it’s no unicorn cake.
