In one of the cuter marketing gimmicks in family-owned local pizzeria history, Carlos Solorzano, Jr., of Sarasota’s Solorzano Bros. Pizza, has opted to take his fans behind the scenes by filming himself making a pie. To make it ultra-realistic, Solorzano shot the entire thing from his perspective, turning the final product into something akin to a first-person shooter game set in a kitchen.

The video isn’t exactly full of trade secrets—if you didn’t know pizza-making involves tossing dough in the air and putting sauce and cheese on it, there’s not much we can do for you—but it’s certainly endearing. Just try not to get vertigo during the slicing portion; Solorzano got a little carried away with the whole handheld-camera thing.
