The Great Googa Mooga returns to Brooklyn’s Prospect Park for its second year this weekend, bringing with it three days of live bands—including the Flaming Lips and De La Soul—and a ridiculously long food lineup including Salvation Taco, Big Gay Ice Cream, and Roberta’s, who will be hosting a bizarre-looking “Urban Renaissance Faire.”

To get the excitement going, the festival organizers just released a cool series of throwback trading card packs, inspired by the likes of Garbage Pail Kids and Topps (no stale gum included, though) and featuring some of the chefs and drink pros who will be slinging their wares at Googa Mooga.

Curated by the Mooga’s Editorial Director (and FWF contributor) Jordana Rothman, the packs include categories such as “Sausage Party”—starring Daniel Boulud and Dale Talde—and “Going H.A.M.”, spotlighting the porkcentric focus of some of the vendors. The cards were written by local food writers (full disclosure: FWF edititor-in-chief Chris Schonberger handled the “Brain Hack” pack) and they include short bios, statistics, dish specs, fun mini Q&As, and more.

Want to get your hands on these foodnerd collectibles? The cards will be popping up around the city all week, and you can definitely snag some at the festival by heading to the Lexus Express Yurt Self Hut. In the meantime, check out the full lineup here.
