The cold brew celebrates the upcoming premiere of The Late Show with Colbert. The collaboration serves as the first partnership for Stumptown Coffee Roasters, who recently introduced nitro cold brew in a can this past April.
The Col’ Brew comes in a customized bottle featuring Colbert’s face plastered on the center. You can snatch the limited-edition coffee starting September 8th as street teams begin distributing the coffee all across New York City.
But if you’re not one of the 8.4 million people living in NYC, here’s a guide on how to make the perfect iced coffee at home, so you too can stay up late enough to witness Colbert dominate television once again.
