As any woman who has ever worked as a server can tell you, harassment is unfortunately not uncommon in the profession.

And while ranting about anything on Facebook certainly isn’t new, NYC bartender Laura Ramadei’s Facebook post has brought an unprecedented amount of attention to this problemthe post has been shared over 6,000 times.

The whole thing is an impressively eloquent venting of frustration. In it, Ramadei called alleged perpetrator Brian Lederman out for groping her ass, then asking if he could take her “to go.” She then went on to thank him for being the final straw she needed to convince her to quit her job—which she’d held for five years—and move onward and upward in her life.

Lederman, who happens to be a hedge-fund titan, then talked to the New York Post about the incident in a way that could not possibly be more clichéd if it tried.

“I will make sure she doesn’t get another job in New York City. I know everybody. The bar owners, the club owners—that’s a terrible thing to write about somebody.”

Further proving that he’s the epitome of class, Lederman assessed the Facebook post as follows, “That f**king c**t, for her to do something like that is pretty ridiculous.”

We wish Ramadei the best of luck in the future. Please, everyone: treat your servers and bartenders like the human beings they are.
