First there was a 45-page bottled water menu, now there’s this!? A company which has unfortunately named itself Mollywatr” is attempting to cash in on the MDMA, aka “molly” drug craze by marketing bottled water to EDM (electronic dance music) fans. “I’m just telling people this is hydration that you can feel and it’s definitely something that has to be experienced in the flesh,” company founder Ken Unaeze told the L.A. Times. The only “special” ingredient in the water seems to be “natural electrolytes,” making it nothing more than a Gatorade or Powerade knock-off. Part of Unaeze’s marketing campaign involves T-shirts that read, “Molly is better than Coke.” Please, have some dignity and promise us you will never, ever twerk for Mollywatr
