Remember: It wasn’t so long ago that finding a proper Negroni was a tough proposition, even in NYC. But today, you can get a Smokehouse made with bacon-infused bourbon in Alabama, a carbonated Mai Tai in Hawaii, and an elderflower-laced quaff in Bismark, North Dakota. That’s progress.
