Late Night Basement recently hit the streets of Williamsburg to get some off-the-cuff reactions to a new Guy Fieri restaurant bringing “factory farm to table” fare, “gentri-fries,” and nacho-cheese foie gras to the neighborhood. Of course, no such place exists, but the hoax elicited plenty of generic, holier-than-thou responses from residents who believe that Williamsburg is far too unique and uncommercialized to support such a place.
Only one woman seems to have it right: “Take anything that Guy Fieri does, open it at midnight and have it close at 8am, and that’s a winner.”
Our response? *Kanye shrug*
