Video of the Day: Eddie Huang Stars in “Nam, Son!”

Vice-show-hosting-former-drug-dealing-bao-making extraordinaire Eddie Huang is back at it again, this time playing a slightly more profane version of himself in a parody video based on longtime Chinatown establishment Nam Son. The actual restaurant, located at 245 Grand Street, is known for serving cheap, non-bougie Vietnamese eats.

Huang plays a fictional pitchman for the restaurant, answering a slew of questions about the restaurant from random pedestrians—and swearing a lot in the process. The video, written and directed by Evan Silver, is a play on the phrase “nah, son” and it had no involvement from the restaurant itself.
