“Someone Ate That”: Witness an Online Cesspool of Revolting Food Photography

We’ve seen what happens when food porn goes wrong. Cooking for Bae took us deep inside struggle-plate hell, and so did our queen Martha Stewart.

But the horrors don’t end there. A Tumblr called Someone Ate This has taken up the charge of documenting the Internet’s worst food photos, offering a dismal 180 from our weekly showcase of delicious Instagram glory.

What makes the project hilarious (if a bit depressing) isn’t just the photos, but also the deadpan descriptions and tags accompanying each image.
