Ever wondered how much meat you consume in a year?

Mint has compiled data on the average American’s eating habit, and it’s not pretty. Pulling from sources like the USDA and Serious Eats, the infographic explores our collective obsession with burgers, as well as the economics surrounding the burger industry.

The chart includes the amounts of common hamburger ingredients eaten each year, as well as Americans’ opinions on ideal burger construction. It’s good to see that potato rolls and American cheese are still the favorites when it comes to bun and toppings choices.

According to the stats, Americans use around 40 million pounds of mustard a year and more than 26 billion pounds of beef.
