Tasting frozen foods for a living is a thing, and no, sampling infinite amounts of dino nuggets and Eggo waffles is not as glamorous as you would think.
Matthew, a freelance illustrator turned professional taste tester, recently gave The Billfold the low-down on what it’s like to eat frozen fried foods four hours a day, three days a week for eight months. His experiences will have you chucking out those Bagel Bites you hid behind your ice cube tray.
