Nathan Myhrvold and the team behind the revolutionary cookbook Modernist Cuisine: The Art and Science of Cooking will exhibit 100 large-format photographs of food taken from their upcoming book, The Photography of Modernist Cuisine, at the Pacific Science Center in Seattle this October. “The exhibit will illuminate the fascinating, accessible science at work every day in our kitchens,” states a press release. The exhibit in Seattle will run through February, then it will travel around the world for three years.
The Photography of Modernist Cuisine showcases 405 Modernist Cuisine photos in a coffee-table-worthy print size. The book will be on sale by mid-October 2013 for $120. We reckon this one’s worth shelling out the cash for if you’ve got it.
