Watch Brooklyn’s OddFellows Reinvent the Banana Split

Pure, unadulterated #BananaSplitPorn.

Brooklyn-based creamery OddFellows Ice Cream Co. presents its latest concoction: the OddFellows banana split. Even bananas are drooling.

The creamery is owned by husband-and-wife team Mohan and Holiday Kumar and chef Sam Mason (formerly of wd~50). The trio creates small-batch ice cream using locally-sourced dairy ingredients from Battenkill Valley Creamery, and they pasteurize their own mix in-house. OddFellows is remarkable not only for its ethics but also for its unusual and remarkable ice cream flavors. The list includes Thai Iced Coffee, Miso Butterscotch Cherry, PB&J with Toast, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Buttermilk Biscuit, and Beet Pistachio Honey Goat Cheese. Yeah, you need to get there.

Visit OddFellows Ice Cream Co. at 175 Kent Avenue, Brooklyn.
