The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list was just announced. Copenhagen restaurant Noma regained its title as the best restaurant in the world. This was the fourth win for chef Rene Redzepi and his team.

In his speech, Redzepi said, “Wood sorrel conquered caviar. The seal fucker came out on top.”

Last years number one restaurant, el Celler de Can Roca, dropped to number two this year.
