Canning is a great way to preserve the summer produce you’ve got piling up on the counter and taste a bit of the sweet (or sour) summertime during the dead of winter. Yeah, it takes a bit of diligence to safely preserve food, but once you pick a recipe that you want to put in jars and save forever (or at least for a year), even you—yes, you—can do it.
